The rest of what you raised is still sitting unused

You raised more than money.

Your backers bring connections, experience, and a stake in your success. FULLStrength connects what your company needs with what they are willing and able to contribute.

Founders get specific help with what is actually in front of them, from people who already know the company.

Backers contribute where they are strongest, at a pace they set. Participation is entirely opt-in, and what you bring stops being invisible.

Free for three months, then $100 a month. Every stakeholder you invite is free, forever.

A door opened

One investor can open a customer's door — the one that would have taken you four months to find, opened on Tuesday.

A decision navigated

Another can help you navigate a tough call — because they have made it before, and can tell you what they got wrong.

An opportunity seen

Another may see an opportunity you haven't — because they are not inside it every day.

Different strengths. Shared ambition. That is what makes a company faster, better advised, harder to kill — and worth more.

The current model is broken, and it wastes the people who could fix it.

A quarterly update goes out. There is nothing in it to answer, so nothing comes back. Let me know how I can help gets said, and meant, and never acted on — because it is a question, and answering it is work. Meanwhile the investors, advisors and employees who could genuinely change the trajectory are never brought in. Not unwilling. Never engaged.

Two studies, two groups, one list. The help founders needed is the help investors say they already offer. Nobody is at fault. There has never been anywhere for the two to meet.

FULLStrength gives “I wish they'd asked” somewhere to go.

The people backing a company bring different strengths. FULLStrength brings those strengths together around what the company needs next.

No more just sharing updates.

An update tells people what happened. It does not ask them for anything, and it does not give them anything to do. FULLStrength runs both ways: the company says what it needs, the people around it say what they can bring, and the two meet.

Capital was the first contribution. It was never meant to be the only one.

FULLStrength recognises eight kinds of contribution. One of them arrives on its own. The other seven arrive when people are engaged.

Each one is real work a stakeholder has taken on for a company they believe in.

Tap one to see the kind of work it produces.

How the collaboration actually starts.

  1. Everyone says what they can contribute

And how involved they want to be. Nothing goes past the pace each person sets, which is what makes taking part safe.

  2. The company puts real work in front of the right people

Specific, bounded, with a date. It reaches whoever can actually do it, rather than the same three people every time.

  3. They take it on — sometimes several of them together

Or pass, in one tap, with nothing owed. A fast no is a real answer here, and it costs nobody anything to give.

  4. What landed is confirmed by whoever received it

Nothing counts because somebody claimed it. That is the difference between goodwill and a record.

It runs in four directions, and three of them start with your backers.

A need

The company asks. Something specific, with a date on it, in front of whoever can actually do it.

An offer

A backer volunteers. Something nobody asked for, because they saw it before you did.

A challenge

A question to everyone at once. “We are deciding channel versus direct — what are we not seeing?”

An idea

Sent unprompted. With what they would do about it, including nothing, which is a real answer.

All four end the same way — confirmed by whoever received it.

What your stakeholders built together.

Not a claim that everybody is engaged. What specific people contributed, confirmed by whoever received it, dated, and visible to everyone who helped make it. Growth you can point at, and share the credit for.

Everyone at the table gets something out of it.

Founders gain support to grow and to navigate challenges. Backers help build the success they share in. Nobody is opted in to anything they did not choose.

If you run the company

Founders

  • Bring people in without spending a relationship to find out what they are for.
  • A fast no costs nothing — one tap, no awkwardness at the next board meeting.
  • Growth you can evidence — who contributed what, and when, confirmed by the person who received it.
If you backed the company

Investors & shareholders

  • Contribute where you are strongest, at a pace you set.
  • A confirmed account of what you brought — the thing your own LPs keep asking you to evidence.
  • Step back whenever, in one tap. Taking part is always a choice.
If you advise, sit on the board, or work there

Advisors, board & employees

  • See what the group has built since last time, without anybody preparing a slide.
  • Contribute between meetings, in pieces small enough to actually do.
  • No leaderboard, no engagement score. Ever.

See it full before you decide.

An empty product proves nothing, and yours will be empty on day one. So there is an example with sample data built in: two companies with real-looking members, live requests, and a ledger with things already confirmed in it. Two minutes, no account.

Anyone Look around the example

Nothing you do in it touches anything real.

The questions we get asked.

Won't I look needy, bringing people in like this?

This is the real question, and it is why so much help goes unoffered on both sides. Everyone here has already written down what they will help with and how often — so involving somebody is taking them up on a standing offer, not imposing on a relationship. And passing is one tap, no explanation owed. It stops being a favour and starts being how the company works.

Isn't this just another updates tool?

No, and it is close to the opposite. An update goes one direction and ends. Here the people around the company say what they can bring, work gets taken on, and what landed is confirmed. Updates inform. This produces.

I have no time. Isn't this one more thing to do?

It replaces things you are already doing badly: the update you rewrite four times, the “quick call” to work out what somebody is good for, the board slide claiming everyone is engaged. Ten minutes to set up.

What if my investors don't take part?

Then they don't. Anyone can set their availability to nothing, or leave, in one tap. Worth saying though: asked directly, nearly nine in ten investors say they already provide strategic guidance. Willingness is not usually the problem — the mechanism is.

Does somebody have to be a shareholder?

No. Bring in advisors, employees, a former boss, a friend of the company — anyone whose contribution you would want. You control the list and set each person's role. A hundred spots per company.

Is this fundraising software?

No. We will not introduce you to a single investor. Everybody here is already connected to your company. This is about what happens after the money lands.

Want to contribute beyond the wire?

Only a founder can set this up for their own company. But you are involved with ten or thirty of them and they are involved with one — which makes you the person who can put it in front of them.

Who is behind this.

FULLStrength is built by Alfred at Bentley Ventures. I have been the founder who did not ask because it felt like begging, and the investor who said let me know how I can help and then never heard back.

I have also seen cap tables that really work, where the right person gets pulled in at the right moment and it changes the trajectory. The difference was never the quality of the people. It was whether there was a way to ask. So we built one.
