What this is
FULLStrength is a place for a founder to ask the people already backing them for specific, bounded help, and to keep a confirmed record of what those people actually did. It is a record-keeping tool. It is not advice — legal, financial, investment or otherwise — and nothing in it should be read as any.
Your account
One account, one person. You are responsible for what happens under it, so do not share your sign-in. Give us an email address you actually read, because invitations are matched to it and there is no other way for a company to reach you.
Your data is yours
You own what you put in. We claim no rights over it, and we will not use it for anything except running the product for you. See the privacy page, which is short and means what it says.
What you agree not to do
Do not use this to harass anybody, to store data you have no right to hold, or to try to reach a company you were not invited to. Do not invite people who have not agreed to hear from you — an investor is a person, not a mailing list.
The product itself
Use it as a product, not as a source. Do not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, or try to derive how it works in order to rebuild it. Do not scrape it, run automated collection against it, or take what other people have put in and use it somewhere else. Do not resell access or pass your sign-in to somebody who has not agreed to these terms. None of this restricts what you may do with your OWN data: that is yours, and the privacy page says how to get it out.
The confirmed record
The point of the product is that a contribution is confirmed by the person who received it, not claimed by the person who made it. Once a contribution is confirmed it cannot be edited or deleted by anybody, including us and including you. Deleting your account does not remove it — see the privacy page. Do not confirm something that did not happen, and do not expect to take it back if you do.
What you pay
Your first 90 days cost nothing. We take your card when you set the company up and charge nothing that day. You are told the date of your first charge before you enter the card, and it is the same date the product shows you afterwards. After that it is $100 a month, or $1,000 a year, for the company.
Everybody you invite is free, permanently, however many there are. Charging per investor would make you invite fewer of them, which would be a pricing model fighting its own product.
We never see your card. Stripe collects it and holds it; we hold a reference and nothing else. Stripe emails you before the first payment and after every payment.
Cancel whenever, and nothing of yours is taken away. Cancelling stops the next charge. Your company, your ledger and the record of what people did for you all stay — that is your business record, not ours to withdraw. We do not refund part of a month, and we will not argue with you about it if something has actually gone wrong.
A failed payment does not lock anybody out. If a card expires, Stripe retries and tells you, and we will email you before anything about your account changes. We are not going to shut a company full of investors out of their own contributions because of a card.
Leaving
Leave a company whenever you like, and delete your account whenever you like, both from inside the product. If you are the only administrator of a company you have to hand that over first, because otherwise the people still in there would be locked out of their own company permanently.
What we do not promise
This is beta software provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available, that it will not lose data, or that it is fit for any particular purpose. Keep your own copy of anything that matters — the export button is one click and it gives you everything.
If something goes wrong
Tell us, through Support. We are a small operation and our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before whatever went wrong. That is not a way of dodging responsibility; it is what early software from a small team can honestly offer, and we would rather say so than bury it.
Changes
If we change anything here that actually affects you, we will say so in the product rather than updating the date and hoping.
